ZRG Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services in the search for a Director of Development, Major Gifts.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, Major Gifts, the Director of Development, Major Gifts will be a key member of the Development team and is responsible for supporting Didi Hirsch's individual and major gifts strategy. This individual will serve as the lead relationship manager to a portfolio of 50-80 donors, developing and implementing strategies to move these prospects towards established goals, making assignments to other staff and volunteers as appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-through. This role will also work in close partnership with the Senior Director of Development, to support leadership and to cultivate relationships in order to achieve fundraising goals.

A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of progressive responsibility and fundraising experience with individual and major gifts is required for this position. Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $145,000. At Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, they know that caring for their communities begins with caring for their team. For the first month, the Director of Development, Major Gifts is expected to be in the office once per week. Afterward, they will be expected to be in the office once a month. The Director of Development is expected to attend occasional evening events and proactively initiate meetings with current and prospective donors.
