About the Georgetown Hospital Foundation and Halton Healthcare Services

Led by a volunteer Board of Directors, the Georgetown Hospital Foundation (GHF) is dedicated to ensuring that the Georgetown Hospital (GH) is equipped to offer top-quality, compassionate healthcare today and into the future. The GHF mission is: We inspire our community to support the Georgetown Hospital by promoting generosity, encouraging participation and ensuring responsible financial management of entrusted funds.

The Foundation recently concluded its biggest fundraising campaign in the hospital’s history surpassing its $6.5 million dollar goal in a three year period. The funds supported the recent 14,000 sq. ft. expansion of the Emergency Department and the renovation to Diagnostic Imaging Department to accommodate the hospital’s first CT Scanner. http://www.georgetownhospitalfoundation.ca.
