Director Planned Giving - Providence Holy Cross Medical Center – Mission Hills - 385831
Holy Cross Foundation is led by Joanne Reyes, CPO. We pair your interests with an area of opportunity at Holy Cross Medical center – so that all our neighbors can be blessed with exceptional care.
As the Director of Planned Giving, reporting to the ministry Chief Philanthropy Officer, you'll be at the forefront of managing, planning, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive estate planning and gift program. You will interpret and apply laws and regulations to all aspects of charitable giving, secure planned gifts, and broaden our philanthropic constituency through major/planned giving donor fundraising.
Pay Range: $68.62 - $108.34
Director Philanthropy – Little Company of Mary Medical Center – Torrance - 361232
Little Company of Mary Philanthropy is led by Melissa Coleman, CPO and Lisa Van Ingan Pope, Executive Director Philanthropy. The team at LCM see every encounter as an opportunity to serve neighbors in Torrance, San Pedro and across the South Bay.
As the Director of Philanthropy, the primary focus of the position is to secure major gifts of $50,000 or more and event initiatives that drive revenue and donor prospects. The position will interact directly with hospital leadership on the development of giving opportunities and with all members of the Foundation's Fundraising Team to develop strategic fundraising priorities and a pipeline of donor prospects. This includes a systematic approach to identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors.
Pay Range: $63.50 - $100.26
Director Philanthropy – Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center – Tarzana - 386527
Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center Foundation is led by Matt Rinnert, CPO and Melissa Bersofsky, Executive Director Philanthropy. For over a decade, we have been dedicated to the philanthropic support of Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, serving through the development of charitable contributions – and through engagement with our beloved community.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, the primary focus of the position is to secure major gifts, as well as to drive design and implementation of philanthropically focused initiatives. The position will interact directly with hospital leadership on the development of giving opportunities and service lines in collaboration with all members of the Foundation's fundraising team to develop a robust pipeline of donor prospects. This includes a systematic approach to identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors.

Sr. Director Philanthropy - Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center – Tarzana - 381896

As the Senior Director of Philanthropy at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center (PCSTMC), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our philanthropic efforts. Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll lead initiatives to achieve priority fundraising goals, with a focus on securing major gifts ($100,000+) and principal gifts ($1,000,000+). You will cultivate meaningful connections with both internal and external stakeholders, aligning them with PCSTMC's strategic objectives and enhancing philanthropic support.
Manage a personal portfolio of 75-100 major donors and prospects as a motivated self-starter, employing identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to optimize fundraising success. Work closely with the Executive Director and medical leadership to identify service line needs and foster trusted relationships with physician champions, driving visionary fundraising efforts forward.
Pay Range: $74.17 - $117.10
