What You’ll Do:
Lead with Purpose: Architect and execute a dynamic fundraising strategy that aligns with Erlanger’s mission and vision.
Build Bridges: Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, corporate partners, foundations, and civic leaders.
Tell Our Story: Share Erlanger’s impact through compelling campaigns and donor experiences that inspire giving.
Drive Innovation: Explore new fundraising channels, digital platforms, and engagement strategies.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with executive leadership, clinical departments, and marketing to elevate philanthropic initiatives.

A charismatic communicator with a flair for storytelling and a passion for healthcare.
A seasoned fundraiser with 7+ years of experience in development, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in nonprofit development or donor stewardship.
- Experience managing teams and leading performance-based fundraising or advancement programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM/database systems and donor-centric operations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in public administration, Philanthropy, or related discipline.
- Healthcare or higher education fundraising experience.
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or other fundraising platforms.
- Certifications such as CFRE or date/operations certifications (e.g., Blackbaud)
